The prices in the price list are observed unless otherwise agreed. The prices in the price list apply to maintenance, troubleshooting and programming ordered from Mount Kelvin.

Prices for non-warranty work

• Business visit, Helsinki metropolitan area (troubleshooting / programming) 125 € / h, minimum invoicing 3 h
• Mileage compensation 1.2 € / km
• Remote programming 84 € / h
• Alarm surcharge (weekdays 17.00–07.00) 290 € / departure *
• Alarm surcharge (weekends and holidays) 490 € / departure *
• Billing surcharge 5 € / paper invoice (e-mail or e-invoice 0 €)

Any spare parts and components will be charged according to a separate price list.

All prices VAT0%, time tracking at beginning of hour in 1 hour increments.

Warranty

• Component warranty 2 years
• 5 year warranty on the Mount Kelvin system

The warranty begins on the date the components are shipped from Mount Kelvin. All prices on the page are without VAT.
