We provide support in English to our customers for any problems with our systems. To help us solve your problem as fast as possible, we ask you to carry out a simple troubleshooting using the instructions below before submitting a support request.
Troubleshooting
If an individual lighting group or luminaire does not respond to the control, the problem is most likely related to the power supply. Check the fuses and apply voltage off (about 10s) and back on to the lighting group or luminaire in question.
If this does not solve the problem, a DALI component has failed and an electrician will be needed to replace it. You can order a replacement directly from the site’s electrician. Once the component has been replaced, please report it using the support request form.
If none of the luminaires in the room respond to the control, check that all the necessary fuses are on. Apply voltage off (about 10s) and back on from the Mount Kelvin room control unit and the DALI bus.
