Mount Kelvin is a guest room management system that has already been implemented in numerous locations of major hotel chains across the Europe.
We’re recruiting a growth-oriented sales director to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. The responsibilities include
- Driving growth in European hotel chains
- Designing and implementing international growth strategy
- Managing and developing sales strategy and processes
- Building a world-class sales team
- Setting and achieving sales goals and budgeting
- Planning sales activities and putting them into action

- Excellent solution selling skills and good ability to manage the negotiation phase of sales projects
- A good understanding of the critical stages of the B2B sales process and relevant stakeholders in hospitality projects
- Excellent interaction and presentation skills
- Strong personal sales commitment to creating new business
- Passion to lead and develop sales with a coaching approach
- A goal-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
What we appreciate:
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
- Finnish language skills
- Getting things done
You will work with the CEO and the sales and marketing teams to design and prioritize their activities. You will have the opportunity to shape the working methods in order to create new sales opportunities for the company.
